Jaregs passive heal does some and arbiters heal when people are below 50% (her A3 ability) but what akes this works with so few toon in lifesteal (normaly high end is 4-5ppl all in lifesteal) is i have Folis A2 applying leech debuff (10% raw lifesteal from attack damage + GS/WM damage) so that helps Skullcrusher and arbiter out alot during the fight :)
In my setup i run Foli and nethril in lifesteal gear with high acc, Arbiter i also use for arena and she is 3x speed set sitting at 280 speed unbuffed so she gets 2 turns per boss turn except on Ultra CB, Skullcrusher i use a Reflex set (to reduce CD on counter) + a speed set so he sits on 198 speed and then Jareg 3x immortal. Before i got to this point i ran SS, Apot(also tried High Kthun for speed aura and went decent), Skullcrusher, at one point Aothar for poisions (then replaced by nethril) and Peydma for atk down (later used Lightsworn cuz of more damage and his revive on manual can last u longer) now Jareg
